Eitan Ladizinsky is Senior Vice President, Concessions, where he heads 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s P3 development and finance origination activities in Canada and abroad. Eitan has over 20 years of North American and international transportation and rail project experience. He leads efforts in structuring and negotiating financing, working with consortium partners, debt capital markets and sponsors on the projects 91ÖÆƬ³§ pursues. Prior to joining 91ÖÆƬ³§, he held several advisory roles in the Israel and U.S. infrastructure markets, and on P3 projects.
Eitan was instrumental in negotiating committed project financing across 30 project pursuits from various financial institutions and in closing landmark projects such as the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Finch West LRT, Waterloo LRT, Gordie Howe International Bridge and the Bermuda International Airport.
Eitan is a Columbia Business School graduate.
