Steven N. Nackan is Executive Vice President and President, 91ÖÆƬ³§ Concessions. He is responsible for 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s infrastructure development and concession management activities.
Prior to joining 91ÖÆƬ³§ in 2002, Steven worked for the global law firm of White & Case LLP, advising government agencies, banks and industry in the development, implementation and financing of major international infrastructure projects. Steven studied in Boston where he gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.
