(“CDPQ Infra”), a procurement agent for Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, as the preferred proponent for the engineering, procurement, and construction of the Réseau express métropolitain (“REM”). NouvLR is a consortium comprised of: Groupe 91Ƭ Québec Ltée, Dragados Canada Inc., EBC Inc., Pomerleau Inc., and SNC-Lavalin Grands Projets Inc.
